QR (quick response) codes have been around for years. In Korea they use them to do a spot of food shopping in the subway – huge screens show a virtual supermarket with every item accompanied by a unique QR code. During their travels they fill their virtual baskets and when they get home their shopping awaits!
There are many uses for these codes, and they are an exciting development for the world of on and offline marketing. The code can be created to ‘link’ to any web address, text or contact details when scanned with a QR reader (we recommend www.redlaser.com) on your mobile.
At Frank & Alex we are utilising qr codes to bring print and web design together for the ultimate marketing package. If you want to know more about how we can create a bespoke qr code branded with your logo then get in touch by scanning our qr code or calling 01484 317189.
